The company was founded in Italy in March 2001, and is based near Turin.
At beginning of 2009 a new partner with consolidate experience in integration projects joined us. With this merging we have reinforced our market presence as integration experts, through our common technology expertise with IBM middleware products and our considerable working experience with companies throughout the banking industry.
